And It’s Still Forever After

The big green ogre does it again another week. For three weeks in a row, “Shrek Forever After 3D” took first place at the box office earning $25.3 million over the weekend.

And Jonah Hill beat out Ashton Kutcher and Katherine Heigl as “Get Him to the Greek” came in at second place with $17.4 million, while the Kutcher/Heigl film “Killers” rounded out the top three at $16.1 million.

“Prince of Persia” came in fourth and “Sex in the City 2” was the fifth most popular movie of the first weekend in June 2010.
